Choose a Field

Click the — Field — dropdown and select what you want to filter by.

  • Plan Type
  • Policy Status
  • State or City
  • Coverage Type (Dental, Vision, Hospital Indemnity)

  • Renewal Date
💡 Tip: The more data you've entered into client records, the more powerful your reports become. Fields you've consistently filled in become filters you can use.

Select an Operator

Choose how the filter applies to the field you selected. This tells the report how to compare each client's data against your target value.

  • Equals — exact match
  • Not Equals — everyone who doesn't match (great for finding gaps)
  • Contains — partial match
  • Greater Than / Less Than — useful for dates and numbers
💡 Tip: Not Equals is your most powerful operator for cross-sell prospecting. "Dental = No" finds everyone missing dental coverage in one click.

Enter a Value

Type or select the value you want to filter by. This is what the report compares each client against.

  • Plan Type Equals Medicare Supplement

Add More Rules — This Is Where the Power Is

Click + Add Rule to layer additional filters on top of your first. Each rule narrows the results further. There is no practical limit to how deep you can go.
