How KundPro collects and protects your information.

This Privacy Policy describes how KundPro™, operated by KundCo, collects, uses, and protects information when you use the KundPro website, application, browser extension, or services (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
KundPro does not claim ownership of client data stored in the platform. Users retain full control of their business information.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect limited information necessary to operate and improve the Service.
Account Information
When you register for KundPro, we may collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Company or agency name
- Billing information (if applicable)
Usage Information
We may collect technical information such as:
- Browser type
- Device information
- Pages visited
- Platform usage metrics
This information helps us improve performance and functionality.
2. User Data
Users may store information within the platform including:
- Client contact information
- Insurance policy information
- Commission records
- Notes and documents
This information is referred to as User Data.
Users retain ownership of all User Data stored within KundPro.
3. Local Data Storage
Certain features of KundPro may store information locally within the user's browser or device.
This local-first approach helps improve performance and provides additional control over business data.
Users are responsible for maintaining backups of exported data.
4. KundPro Broadcast — Chrome Extension
KundPro Broadcast is a Chrome browser extension that autofills client data from KundPro CRM into carrier quoting and enrollment forms. This section describes how the extension handles data.
Data Processing Extension
KundPro Broadcast temporarily processes selected client and policy information in the user's browser when the user initiates a broadcast or autofill action from KundPro. This may include personally identifiable information and Medicare-related information needed to complete supported carrier, quote, or enrollment forms.
The extension stores the active broadcast payload locally in Chrome extension storage for a limited session period — currently up to 15 minutes — so the user can complete the autofill workflow. The payload is cleared when the user disconnects the broadcast or when the session expires.
KundPro Broadcast does not sell user data, does not transfer user data for advertising purposes, does not use broadcast data for purposes unrelated to the autofill workflow, and does not transmit the broadcast payload to KundPro servers from the extension.
Permissions Used by KundPro Broadcast
The extension requests the following Chrome permissions, each used solely to support the autofill workflow:
- Host permissions — required to access supported carrier websites (Sunfire, Humana, Aetna, UHC, Devoted, CSG, Connecture, Medicare Center) in order to locate and fill form fields with client data.
- Scripting — used to identify and populate form fields on carrier websites with client data received from KundPro CRM.
- Storage — used to temporarily hold the broadcast payload in Chrome extension storage for the duration of the session (up to 15 minutes). No data is persisted beyond the session.
- Tabs — used to detect which carrier website is active in the current tab so the correct field-mapping configuration is applied. Tab content is not read or stored.
No remote code is executed by the extension. All logic is bundled locally within the extension package.
Supported Carriers
KundPro Broadcast currently supports autofill on the following carrier platforms: Sunfire / SunfireMedicare, Humana, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), Devoted Health, CSG Actuarial, Connecture, and Medicare Center. Carrier support may expand over time.
5. Cookies
KundPro may use cookies or similar technologies to:
- Maintain login sessions
- Remember user preferences
- Improve platform functionality
Cookies do not typically contain personally identifiable information.
6. Communications
We may use your contact information to send:
- Account notifications
- Service updates
- Security alerts
- Customer support responses
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
7. Data Security
KundPro takes reasonable steps to protect the security of the Service.
Security practices may include:
- Encrypted HTTPS connections
- Secure authentication methods
- Infrastructure protection provided by hosting partners
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
8. Third-Party Services
KundPro may use third-party service providers for functions such as:
- Hosting infrastructure
- Payment processing
- Analytics
- Authentication services
These providers may have limited access to information only as necessary to provide their services.

If KundPro or KundCo is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, user information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Users will be notified if such a transfer occurs.

When updates occur, the revised policy will be posted with a new effective date.
