This Privacy Policy explains how DominionAMS, owned and operated by Lehigh Partners Senior Benefits (“Lehigh Partners,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, protects, and shares information when you use the DominionAMS website, application, browser extension, or related services (collectively, the “Service”).
By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
DominionAMS does not claim ownership of the client, policy, document, note, or other business information users place in the platform.
1. DominionAMS and Lehigh Partners Senior Benefits
DominionAMS is a software product owned and operated by Lehigh Partners Senior Benefits. Lehigh Partners Senior Benefits is the legal business associated with DominionAMS payment processing and may be identified by Stripe or your card issuer in connection with DominionAMS subscription charges.
2. Information We Collect
Account information
When you register or subscribe, we may collect information such as:
- Name and email address.
- Company or agency name.
- Account credentials and authentication information.
- Subscription, billing status, transaction, and customer-support information.
Payment information
Payments may be processed by Stripe. Payment processors may collect card, bank, billing address, and transaction information needed to complete a payment. We may receive transaction identifiers, subscription status, payment status, and limited billing details, but we do not need to store full payment-card numbers in DominionAMS to operate the subscription.
Usage and technical information
We may collect technical and usage information such as browser type, device information, IP address, login activity, pages or features used, error information, and platform usage metrics to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
3. User Data
Users may store information within DominionAMS including client contact information, insurance policy information, commission records, notes, documents, and related agency records. We refer to this information as “User Data.”
Users retain ownership of User Data. We process User Data as necessary to provide, secure, support, and maintain the Service and as otherwise described in this policy.
4. Local Data Storage
Certain DominionAMS features may store information locally within the user’s browser or device. Local storage can improve performance and support specific workflows. Users are responsible for maintaining backups or exports needed for their business.
5. DominionAMS Broadcast — Browser Extension
DominionAMS Broadcast is a browser extension that can autofill selected client data from DominionAMS into supported carrier quoting and enrollment forms.
When a user initiates a broadcast or autofill action, the extension may temporarily process selected client and policy information in the user’s browser. The active broadcast payload may be stored locally in extension storage for a limited session period, currently up to 15 minutes, and is cleared when the user disconnects the broadcast or when the session expires.
DominionAMS Broadcast does not sell broadcast data, does not transfer broadcast data for advertising purposes, does not use the active broadcast payload for unrelated purposes, and does not transmit the active broadcast payload to DominionAMS servers from the extension.
Extension permissions
- Host permissions — used to access supported carrier or enrollment websites so form fields can be located and filled.
- Scripting — used to identify and populate supported form fields.
- Storage — used to temporarily hold the active broadcast payload during the session.
- Tabs — used to determine which supported site is active so the appropriate field mapping can be applied.
No remote code is executed by the extension; extension logic is packaged with the extension.
Supported carrier and enrollment platforms
DominionAMS Broadcast currently supports autofill workflows on Sunfire / SunfireMedicare, Humana, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare (UHC), Devoted Health, CSG Actuarial, Connecture, and Medicare Center. Supported platforms may change or expand over time.
6. Cookies and Similar Technologies
DominionAMS may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain login sessions, remember preferences, protect account security, measure performance, and improve functionality.
7. How We Use Information
We may use information to:
- Create, authenticate, administer, and support accounts.
- Provide and maintain DominionAMS features.
- Process subscriptions and confirm billing status.
- Send account notices, service updates, security alerts, and support responses.
- Detect misuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or security incidents.
- Analyze and improve performance, reliability, and usability.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, but we may still send non-promotional service, billing, security, or account communications when necessary.
8. Third-Party Service Providers
We may use third-party providers for hosting, payment processing, authentication, analytics, communications, support, security, and other infrastructure. These providers may receive information only as reasonably necessary to perform services for us and are subject to their own privacy and security obligations.
We do not sell User Data or personal information for advertising purposes.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the Service and information we process. Measures may include HTTPS encryption, secure authentication, access controls, logging, and infrastructure protections provided by hosting and service partners.
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Data Retention and Account Closure
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and backups, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after information is removed from active systems.
If you cancel a paid DominionAMS subscription, your account remains accessible through the final day of the current paid monthly billing cycle, as described in the Terms of Service. You should export any information you wish to keep before your access ends.
11. Legal Disclosures
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our Terms, investigate fraud or security concerns, or protect the rights and safety of users, Lehigh Partners Senior Benefits, or others.
12. User Compliance Responsibility
Users are responsible for ensuring that the data they enter into DominionAMS and their use of the Service comply with applicable privacy, insurance, Medicare, recordkeeping, and consumer-protection requirements.
Unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement, DominionAMS does not represent that the Service is HIPAA compliant.
13. Business Transfers
If DominionAMS or Lehigh Partners Senior Benefits is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
14. Privacy Requests
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your DominionAMS account. Requests may be limited where retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, backup, or legitimate business purposes.
15. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated version will be posted with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after an update takes effect constitutes acknowledgment of the revised policy.
