KundPro believes agents should maintain full ownership of their business data.
All information entered into the platform — including client information, policies, notes, and documents — remains under the control of the user or their agency.
KundPro does not sell, share, or claim ownership of client data stored within the platform.
Local-First Architecture
KundPro is designed using a local-first architecture for certain features of the platform.
This means that some data may be stored locally within the user's browser or device rather than exclusively on centralized servers.
This approach provides:

Data Export and Portability

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of exported data.

Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including insurance and Medicare marketing rules.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, KundPro does not represent that the platform is HIPAA compliant.
Platform Improvements
KundPro may use anonymized usage data to improve the functionality, reliability, and performance of the platform.
